01 Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Coopfluence ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website at coopfluence.com or contact us to use our services. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to being transparent about our practices.

By using our website or services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use our website or services.

Coopfluence provides Twitter campaign management services for crypto projects, meme coins, and Web3 launches. Our service is fully managed — clients contact us directly via Telegram or email, or through our website contact form, to arrange and pay for campaigns.

02 Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services and communicate with you. This includes:

  • Contact information — your name, email address, and Telegram username when you submit our contact form or reach out to us directly.
  • Project information — details about your crypto project, coin name, ticker, campaign goals, and any other information you voluntarily share when briefing us on your campaign.
  • Payment information — cryptocurrency wallet addresses and transaction hashes shared with us to verify payments. We do not collect or store credit card numbers or bank account details.
  • Communications — records of messages exchanged via email or Telegram for the purpose of managing your campaign and providing support.
  • Website usage data — basic analytics data such as pages visited, time on site, and browser type, collected via standard server logs or analytics tools. This data is anonymised and not linked to individuals.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as government ID numbers, financial account details beyond crypto transaction hashes, or biometric data.

03 How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your enquiries and communicate about your campaign.
  • To build, execute, and manage your Twitter campaign based on the brief you provide.
  • To verify cryptocurrency payments and confirm your order.
  • To provide customer support and resolve any issues with your campaign.
  • To improve our website and services based on aggregate, anonymised usage data.
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations.

We will never use your information for unsolicited marketing, sell it to third parties, or use it for any purpose not directly related to delivering our services to you.

04 Sharing of Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We may share limited information in the following circumstances only:

  • Service providers — we may use third-party tools (such as Formspree for contact form processing) that process data on our behalf. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and handle data only as necessary to provide the service.
  • Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority.
  • Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before this occurs.

Beyond the above, your data stays with us and is used only to serve you.

05 Crypto Payments

Coopfluence accepts payments exclusively in cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, SOL, USDT, and USDC). Please be aware of the following regarding crypto payments:

  • Blockchain transactions are publicly visible and permanently recorded on the respective blockchain. Once submitted, they cannot be reversed.
  • We collect and retain the transaction hash you share with us to verify payment for your order. This is necessary for the delivery of our service.
  • We do not store your full wallet address beyond what is necessary for payment verification and refund processing.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the wallet address from which payment was originally sent. It is your responsibility to retain access to that wallet.

06 Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.

  • Contact form submissions and campaign briefs are retained for up to 12 months after your last interaction with us.
  • Payment records (transaction hashes) are retained for up to 3 years for financial record-keeping purposes.
  • Communications via email are retained for up to 12 months after your campaign is completed.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at sales@coopfluence.com, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records.

07 Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification — you may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure — you may request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Right to object — you may object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances.
